This 19th century oil painting features a prized bull, beautifully rendered in the style of Albertus Verhoesen. With masterful brushwork, the artist captures the strength and majesty of this magnificent animal, making it a valuable addition to any art collection.

- Brief biography of Albertus Verhoesen a known Dutch 19th Century painter who was born in 1806. His paintings fetch up to 25,040 US dollars that sold at Christie's Amsterdam. The artist died in the year 1881.

- The canvas has been relined, the front has been revarnished and restored with paint touch ups in places. A horizontal line runs across near the top, this is where the back of the frame is pressing on the canvas. Some paint loss around the 1 of the bulls eyes. The frame having various general wear scuffs minor chips & losses commensurate with usage & age.
