The display hand remains in good antique condition, retaining its functional articulation and strong visual character.
The wooden surface displays numerous scratches, rubbing, scuffs and age-related marks consistent with decades of handling and former shop use. These have created an attractive warm patina rather than detracting from the object’s appearance.
The fingers articulate independently and remain capable of forming different display positions. The wrist mechanism is also operational.
A small section of the baize covering beneath the base is missing along one edge.
The wooden structure remains sound, with no significant cracks or major structural damage identified. The circular base is stable, and the Dents branding remains clearly legible.
