The lion knocker somes with the original round knocker striking disc, this model is exceptionallt rare as it depicts the model form of a whole lion rather then just the face that is typically seen. Along with being quite heavy for its small size being 1143 grams excluding the weight of the striking disc.
A feature that stands out is the casting detail to the lions body, paws, tail & face which is exceptional.

Made from solid brass with some partial original gilding remaining.
A nice display size being 15.5 cm in length and 4.5 cm wide and 16 cm in depth.
