Featuring fine repoussé detail around the edges of foliage & geometric shapes.
Initial Hallmarked J.B.C & S. Ltd on the base underneath is in a crescent shape, which dates it to late 19th century Victorian era, 1896.
The maker is by J.B. Chatterley & Sons Ltd, Birmingham.
